Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Inside Valley : NPR: Rs.100
Outside valley: NPR.: Rs. 100- Rs.150
Shipping option – Super Kinetic Currier, Kourtier Currier, By Air and local delivery company.
Estimated delivery time: Same Day delivery within Kathmandu valley and 1-3 days for outside valley.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over Rs.5000 within [Kathmandu valley]. For orders under 5000, we charge Rs.100 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from [11 am to 5 pm] on [Sunday-Friday]. We will contact you via text message/Call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Tokha Kathmandu(Near Grandee international hospital).
Our in-store pickup hours are 8 am to 6 pm on all days. Please have your order confirmation email/phone with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the All countries.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/phone notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fashionparadise.nepal@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
